This congregation has always been a kind and generous congregation. We receive our orders from King Jesus, who teaches, "Do good to all men especially them of the household of faith." (Gal. 6:10) We are told that our Lord went about doing good. (Acts 10:38)
We are known in the community for our acts of kindness. We assist the needy when possible, supply Thanksgiving Baskets during the holiday season and on the second Saturday of every month, provide groceries to those less fortunate. This we do because of our concern for the lost; and encourage them to accept Jesus as their Lord and Master, who would have everyone to be saved.
We pray that God will continue to use us as we have the opportunity.
